I am a physiotherapist with over 15 years clinical experience and researcher working at Western Health in Melbourne and a PhD Candidate at the University of Newcastle. I am passionate about including research end-users (i.e. the people who the research is designed for) in the in research process as partners through co-design.

My early research looked at reducing cardiovascular risk for people who have had a stroke. My research now explores ways to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke for those who may be at higher risk, particularly women who have experienced pre-eclampsia.

Currently, my I am working on a project developing supports for women to reduce their cardiovascular risk by eating well and moving more after pre-eclampsia.
