One of the most significant ways you can help accomplish this mission is to help us raise money and awareness. When you gather family and friends and community members for an event, a walk or special event, you help spread life-saving awareness.

AAPEC is walking around Australia in May 2026

In recognition of Preeclampsia Awareness Month in May and World Preeclampsia Day, walks have been organised in Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Organised walks will take place on Sunday May 24 2026.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it to one of the organised walks, you can still walk ‘virtually’ in your own community any time in May!
